At Peel & Plate, we take great pride in the freshness and quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of our fruit platters and food arrangements, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are NOT applicable for perishable items (fruit platters, food arrangements, DIY kits) once delivered.
- If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds:
- Refunds or product replacements are eligible only for:
- Items that are significantly damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect items delivered.
- Items that do not meet our quality standards.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Customer’s change of mind after order confirmation.
- Delivery delays due to incorrect address provided.
- Failure to receive product on agreed delivery date due to customer unavailability.
