At Peel & Plate, we offer delivery services to ensure your fruit platters and arrangements arrive fresh and on time.
Delivery Areas:
- We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur and selected Klang Valley areas.
- For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us to check availability.
Delivery Fees:
- A standard delivery fee will apply based on the delivery location.
- Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain amount during promotional periods.
Delivery Timing:
- Orders must be placed at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure preparation and freshness.
- Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Same-day delivery is subject to availability and an additional express charge.
Delivery Process:
- All products are hand-delivered to maintain product quality.
- The recipient or an authorized person must be available to receive the product at the delivery address.
- If no one is available, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. A second delivery attempt may incur additional charges.
Handling & Care:
- Upon delivery, we advise refrigerating the platters if not consumed immediately.
- We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper handling after delivery.
